Employment Tribunal Strategy Session – 60 minutes

A detailed discussion for active or imminent tribunal claims.

This session includes:

  • Analysis of strengths and weaknesses

  • Evidential priorities and risks

  • Procedural steps and deadlines

  • Strategic options for progressing or resolving the claim

Document Review Session

30 minutes (up to 20 pages): £90
60 minutes (up to 40 pages): £165

Structured review of documents provided in advance, with verbal feedback during the appointment.

This service does not include drafting or rewriting documents.

Follow-Up Clarification Call – 15 minutes

A short session to clarify points discussed in a previous appointment.

Drafting Services

My Legal Rep offers drafting support for employment tribunal and related documents, including:

  • ET1 claim forms

  • ET3 responses

  • Written submissions

  • Schedules of loss

  • Supporting correspondence

Drafting services are provided:

  • only after an initial assessment

  • on a fixed fee agreed in advance

  • with a clearly defined scope of work confirmed in writing

Fees:

  • ET1 Claim Form Drafting: £350

  • ET3 Response Drafting: £300

  • Schedule of Loss: £250

  • Written Submissions / Statements: £400

My Legal Rep will not draft documents based on false or misleading information. Clients remain responsible for filing documents, meeting deadlines, and conducting their own case. My Legal Rep does not conduct litigation.

Hearing Support (Employment Tribunal)

My Legal Rep may provide hearing support in Employment Tribunal proceedings, subject to tribunal permission and case suitability.

Any hearing support is provided in a lay capacity only and does not constitute legal representation by an authorised advocate.

Hearing support may include:
• Assistance with hearing preparation and structure
• Support and lay advocacy during the hearing, subject to tribunal permission
• Procedural guidance and note-taking
• Post-hearing feedback and next-step guidance

Hearing support is:
• Offered only following assessment
• Subject to tribunal permission
• Limited to the scope agreed in writing in advance

My Legal Rep does not act as an authorised legal representative and does not exercise reserved rights of audience.

Indicative Fees

Hearing preparation and support packages typically range from £500 to £2,000, depending on scope, preparation required, and hearing length.

Fees are fixed in advance and confirmed in writing following assessment.

Important Information

  • Appointments are provided on a one-off basis.

  • Booking an appointment does not create an ongoing retainer.

  • Drafting and tribunal hearing support require a separate written agreement.

  • Work is based on the information you provide.
