My Legal Rep Ltd is not a law firm and does not provide reserved legal activities as defined under the Legal Services Act 2007. This means that we do not conduct litigation or exercise rights of audience in court. Our services are focused on providing accessible and affordable general legal guidance, support, document preparation, and advocacy in employment tribunal cases.

Clients remain responsible for managing their own cases, including filing tribunal documents, attending hearings (unless separately agreed), and corresponding with other parties.

For complex cases requiring the expertise of a solicitor, we may refer clients to a regulated law firm.

Please note that communications between you and My Legal Rep Ltd may not be protected by legal professional privilege. We are not solicitors or barristers and are not regulated by any professional body such as the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) or the Bar Standards Board (BSB). As such, you will not have recourse to these bodies for complaints or redress regarding our services.

Before we can proceed with your case, all clients must review and formally agree to these terms and conditions.
